I began my love for photography almost 40 years ago as a part-time photographer for a local newspaper.  Those days of film camera and darkroom processing taught me the true essence of photography in that anyone can snap a photo but it takes time, patience, and practice to get the shot that tells a story or captures that special moment in time.  In the years since, I have basically been a self taught student through trial and error.  It is a passion that allows me to express to others what I see.
